1. Do you travel?

yes! i am always more than down to travel for your big day. for portrait and engagement sessions, travel fees are applicable outside a 25 mile radius of my location. send me a note and I'd love to work something out with you!

2. Are engagement sessionS INCLUDED IN YOUR WEDDING PACKAGES?

engagement sessions are an add on for a few of my packages and heavily discounted in others to maintain flexibility for my couples and what their desires may be!

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

i require a non-refundable deposit for all sessions and weddings at the time of contract signature.

rescheduling will depend on the seasons and individual situations. please contact me directly if you have any concerns.

4. Do you PROVIDE RAW IMAGES?

unfortunately, i do not as the RAW images are not fully representative of kalie wood photography and the brand i work hard to create. you will receive thoughtfully and fully edited final images in hi-resolution for your final gallery!

5. Do you have vendor recommendations?

yes! i am happy to provide my list of recommendations after all contracting is complete. please know my list is not comprehensive of the amazing vendors out there!

6. Do you have location suggestions?

yes! i will provide recommendations based on your preferences and my previous experience. i am also willing to shoot at new locations - let's collaborate!

7. are there any hidden fees to your

no hidden fees, ever. all fees are upfront and listed in the contract with the exception of invoice details that are expensed with receipts included for full transparency.

8. what is your turnaround time?

for portrait and engagement sessions, my typical turnaround time is 3-4 weeks after your session date. for proposals, it is 48-72 hours. for weddings and elopements, my general turnaround time is 10-12 weeks after your wedding date. however, all gallery delivery times are subject to change and will be communicated to the client.
